Dr. Campo Perez was born and grew up in Maracaibo, Venezuela (VZLA). He earned a five-years dental degree at Zulia University, Vzla where he graduated top 1% of his class. Also, he received a five-years degree of Musical Language and eight-years training in violin performance from Conservatory of Music "Jose Luis Paz", Vzla. He has played violin and viola in national and international orchestras and will continue his music studies at Berklee College of Music.

In 2008, Dr. Perez moved to Boston, Massachusetts (MA) to pursue a three-years specialty training in Periodontology and three-years Master of Science Degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (TUSDM). He also earned a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from University of Pennsylvania (UPENN) and was appointed faculty instructor and course director for the first-year pre-doctoral students in the periodontology department at UPENN.

Currently, Dr. Perez has faculty appointments at TUSDM, Lutheran Medical Center (LMC) and Harvard University. In 2021, Dr. Perez received the Excellence in Teaching and Mentoring in Periodontics Educator Award from the American Academy of Periodontology. He has also been a contributor in textbooks and has given oral presentations and lectures in dental societies, congresses, and conferences as well as in educational institutions.

Dr. Perez has a comprehensive training background in periodontics, including osseous surgery, guided tissue regeneration, bone and soft tissue graft procedures, pre-prosthetic surgeries, dental implants and scaling and root planning.

Dr. Perez provides the highest level of proficiency possible to his patients. He enjoys promoting a friendly environment where patients can feel comfortable with his treatments utilizing the latest technology available. Dr Perez has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology (ABP) since 2013.

During his free time, Dr. Perez enjoys playing music, traveling, and spending time with his family.
