Dr. Adela Agolli – Tarshi is a graduate of Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine (BUSDM ) which she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine Degree in 2008. She furthered her studies by enrolling in the BUSDM's prestigious advanced education in general dentistry (AEGD) in 2009. She also received a Master's Degree (MSc) in Biomaterials by performing research at Boston Medical Center in 2010. Dr. Agolli completed her Specialty in Endodontics in 2012 from Boston University and is currently a Diplomate of American Board of Endododontics. During her specialty program she also trained in Surgical Endodontics giving her a broad clinical expertise including conventional root canal treatment, retreatment, and surgical endodontic care. In addition, she uses Ct scanning in complex cases by providing superior care to her patients. Her goal as an endodontist is to make the endodontic experience painless, comfortable and pleasant for the patient.

Dr. Agolli is a founding partner of the Dental Bright Group family of offices located in Burlington and Lawrence MA, and has joined and practices in the Greater Boston area including Dental Partners of Boston at Prudential and Charles River locations, Back Bay Dental Design and Paquette Dental. In the recent years, Dr. Agolli has been a clinical instructor in the Department of Endodontics at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine on both pre-doctoral and post-doctoral levels. Dr. Agolli is part of numerous professional organizations including American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Endodontics, Academy of Facial Esthetics, Albanian American Medical Society where she stands as its Executive Director.

Fluent in English, Albanian, Spanish and Italian, Dr. Agolli has been a tremendous asset to the dental community for her ability to understand patient's needs and provide the best treatment possible. Dr. Agolli has strong roots in her community and has a following of patients that span throughout New England. When not in the office, Dr. Agolli keeps a busy lifestyle with her three kids and her husband Michael.
